Herbal Paks use a synergistic blend of herbs and heat/cold retaining grains to provide maximum benefit for a wide variety of common ailments such as arthritis, sprains, muscle cramps, flu symptoms etc.
Warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on desired warmth. Increase in 30
second increments as needed (Check temperature to insure that warmth is ideal
before use).
Light misting of the Comfort Pac will offer soothing moist heat.
Do not overheat-will cause burns (for external use only).

Cold Therapy:
Place Herbal Pak in a ziplock plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours.
To clean wipe with damp cloth.
Storage:
Storing Herbal Pak in a ziplock bag will increase its longevity.
