This is a a vintage BMS Exactus II sphygmomanometer. This devise is not working, It has a puncture on the rubber bladder that sits on the arm (when I plug shut the hole it seems to be inflating). The rest of the components seems to be okay. Not an expert on this items. This item is made up of: Arm band with a belcro-type tightning system, the rubber bladder, two rubber tubes, a pump with a regulator that works and the measuring gauge that it is intact and looks clean.
