I am not a wood person so I cannot say what kind of wood it is but it is a hard woodI tried to take pictures at all angles As you can see the lamp does have a few scratches
The good thing is it is made of wood and can be easily sanded and refinished
I just do not have the time so I am offering it at a discount No shade
I do have a matching lamp that is in much better condition I am selling on this site I will combine shipping
