This clever fog machine / fogger is by HESHAN LIDE Electronic Enterprise Co. Ltd. It is model FM-400P, item DK-F006R. It was used for a few parties and was working properly when last used, although it would benefit from a more thorough cleaning to remove the dust it gained from storage. The only flaw I found is some minor damage to the plastic cord (see photo). It should be easy to either repair or replace. Includes one full jar of fog juice (additional $5 value). Rated voltage AC 120V, 60 Hz; power 400W. Lid fits nice and tight, no damage. Comes with power cord and power switch cord.
