This is one of the traditional cabbages grown in Asian countries. It's reliable, fast growing and very nutritious. Its leaves are shaped like spoons which are dark green, flat with a similar flavor of a cabbage and spinach combination. Stems are bright white and tender and add to any good stir-fry, soup or salad.
