this is a mini plate

labeled on the back- Limoges France

it has an image of George Washington on it with decretive gold trim around the edge.

no chips or cracks there may be some lite rubbing but we did not see any.

comes with the plate holder/hanger that looks tombe made of brass but not sure.

It is about 1 3/4 inches wide.
