Dr. David Fielding heads a successful project aimed at landing a robot probe on the surface of Mars. Wanting to escape media attention, the scientist retires along with his family to luxurious estate in Los Angeles where they have been asked to tend. Soon the family is haunted by mysterious doppelgangers. The scientist soon finds himself locked in a battle with other -worldy beings with not only the welfare of his family at stake, but also the fate of Humanity!
