*Bath Tub is shipped with insurance to your curb without lift gate to all continental US states except AK & HI. E-mail for shipping to Canada, Hi and AK.

*All shipments unless otherwise noted ship the following business day. You will be sent via e-mail the tracking data and receiving instructions. All shipments are delivered to your curb without lift gate.
*The freight company WILL NOT bring your item inside your home, townhouse or apartment building, up or down any stairs including front porch steps, 2nd floors, and basements. The freight company does not uncrate, remove debris or setup product. Your home must be 18 wheeler accessible. If not, the fright company may impose additional delivery charges.
*Ensure you closely inspect your product before accepting delivery. Should your item arrive damaged please refuse the shipment and inform us. Once you sign the delivery documents the insurance is voided.
