Bell & Howell CANON Canonet 19 FULL SIZE 35mm Rangefinder with hard case
Bell & Howell Canon Canonet 19 is a 35mm fixed lens rangefinder camera. It has a built in meter using selenium meter cell which does not require battery. It has shutter priority auto exposure. For manual exposures, you will need to use hand held exposure meter ( not included) or use auto and remember the f stop and shutter speed that the camera chose and set these manually.
The camera has a unique bottom rapid film advance lever. It is now hard to find the camera in good working condition because of its age
Lens: Canon 45mm f1.9. Shutter: Copal SV B 1-1/500 sec. with Self timer.
Bell & Howell used to import Canon cameras and put their name on the cameras.
note photo , there is a dent in the filter ring. Auto shutter works.
