I cannot say for sure who this is. It is made by Eden and its a tan bear with white accents. It wears a cape and holds a flower. It could be Flopsy or Mrs Rabbit? I do not know. This is in very good condition with no stains, holes or flaws. This is from a nonsmoking environment. The cape is attached at the back of the neck. Its adorable. 155
