This is a restaurant ware plate by Caribe China.

The plate is white with a blue design around the rim. I do not know the pattern name of this plate but it is marked C-4 on the back. Also marked Caribe China Puerto Rico USA. Measures 10 1/4" in diameter.

There are utensil markings on this plate. Otherwise in Excellent condition. No chips or cracks. Blue color is bright and vivid.
