This Commemorative Limited Edition wall plate has 2 holes in the back to hang on the wall with the wire already in place. Hand painted by the oldest delftware company in the Netherlands, De Porceleyne Fles also known as Royal Delft.
These plates were made for Mother's Day and Father's (Vaderdag) day. They had costumes of different parts of Holland. This plate is for 1973 for the town of Hindeloopen. On the back it has CR for 1972 when it was painted along with the painters initials. It is number 907 of 2000.
The plate has a 7-in diameter. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
