It is very pretty and painted very nicely with lots of detail. It is done in the Jacob Petit style and is circa 1850-1860's. I love the pastel colors! The figure of the lady appears to be a colonial era peasant fish monger and is wearing a scarf on her head. She is wearing a lovely Victorian regional dress. In her bucket are little fish. It is a darling piece.It is marked on the bottom with an impressed number 167 and a little black mark. It might be a Vieux Paris France piece (Porcelaine De Paris Vieux). It measures approximately 5 inches tall and is a heavy piece of porcelain.
