In the first 20 minutes of the video, Susan provides an abdominal workout that emphasizes proper form. 4 fitness levels are shown - a beginner in a chair, a beginner on the floor, an intermediate, and an advanced exerciser, whose range of motion is similar to the models you see in other ab workout videos, without perhaps telling you that your own muscles may not be ready to lift that high without straining your back and neck. By beginning with a lift of only an inch or two, or simply squeezing your abdomen while sitting in a chair, you'll be requiring the right muscles to do the work.

The second part of the video is a demonstration of how to determine the fat content of packaged food, a look at various types of oil, and ways to fix delicious food - even salad dressings and french fries - without any oil at all.
