B is cut crosswise from border printed fabric. Button front blouse A and B has Peter Pan collar and short puffed sleeves gathered to tie sleeve bands. A has contrast collar and sleeve bands. Padded, lined Bag has knotted strap and applique and button trim. Patterns included for heart and star appliques.
