*MANUFACTURER: Holmes & Edwards
*PATTERN: Rialto
*TYPE: Seafood & cocktail fork
*YEAR: Pat. Apr. 94 stamped onto the back. Hard to read. Year was authenticated on a silverplate web site.
*HALLMARKS: Appears to be a cross +, XIV, Holmes Edwards, Pat Apr 94 .
*MATERIAL: Brass maybe. The magnet doesn't stick so it's not steel or iron. Appears to be plated with silver.
*MEASURES: 6" Long
*CONDITION: Some tarnish. fork has its dings, knicks, scratches, marks and wear from being used and shuffled. Lots of tarnish. No major abnormalities noticed upon inspection. The date marking reads: "Pat Apr 9 " . The date marking is suppost to read: "Pat Apr 94". The number 4 did not stamp or mold into the fork to well.
