This is a charming vintage folk art Scherenschnitte paper cutting picture from Designs with Scissors, in 1988. It is signed. It is a little poem, "Each day is a new beginning", and has a sampler theme with the alphabet and numbers and then decorated with rabbits and tulips and a red heart. It has a wooden frame and the label is on the back. It is 5-1/4" X 6-1/4" frame edge to edge. It is pre-owned and in very good shape with some discolorations on the back.
