We manage our business with lower overhead than a retail store or a company. We needn't employ many different departments, and needn't pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc.We are the largest professional wedding factory in our city, and our clients can order dress from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

2. Does the price show on your website including postage?
Yes, it's all free shipping.

3. Is there any extra fees?
The price on the website is the total price including the postage except you need rush service or select a plus size(over US size 20), it needs $50 or £35 for plus fee.

4.Can i choose rush order service?
Yes, we accept rush order but it needs rush fees.
7-day rush order, which means 7 days time to finish, and shipping time 2-5 days, extra fee is $50 or £35 .
14-day rush order,which means 14 days time to finish, and shipping time 2-5 days, extra fee is $30 or £20.

5.What is the return policy?
(1) Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer's receiving the item. And item must be still in brand new and unworn condition, no stains to perfume.
(2) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
