★ With the requirements of COS, most wigs have a long bangs. You may need to trim or style some wigs by yourself in order to make the wigs more suitable for the role of COS.

We use Standard Int'l Shipping with tracking number for delivery. Generally, it will arrive in any countries between 5-9 working days. This depends on the custom's efficiency.

Return policy:

-We will check the item and make sure the item is correct and quality both are perfect condition before shipping.

-We do not take responsibilities for any damage due to transportations.

-Please check the item once you receive it. If you get the wrong item, please contact us and return the item within 7 days after receiving, but the returned item should be in 100% new condition for reselling. We will resend you the right item after we receive the returned one and bear the returned shipping fees.

Procedure for Wig Wearing:

-Put away your hair. Put up the longer hair evenly on the head. Pin the hair on your forehead and before ear with a barrette.

-Snood your hair. Put on the wig front-to-back and make it tight-fitting.

-Incorrect wear or untidiness may lead to unsatisfied look. Comb the wig gently for hairloss . Do not comb to the end for the long hair.


Wig Protection:

-Use metal comb or oxhorn comb. Plastic comb will cause static electricity.

-Wash with cold water or warm water. Keep it away from hot substance.
　

Wishing Method:

-Put shampoo into cold water and wash away dirt softly with your hand. Do not twist or use comb.

-Wrapped the wig up with dry towel.

-Lay on a ventilatory platform to dry it. No hanging.

-85oC drying can have it restored. Only for professionals.
