1921 ORIGINAL COVER MISS COLLEEN MOORE Folks, it is with some pride that I present the COVER photo of Miss Colleen More as cited and saved from an old American Pictorial magazine. Following my retirement, I have dedicated my remaining hours to indexing the history of our ancestors. During my research, I discovered that hundreds of our important memorabilia lay unfound and unrecognized on some book dealer’s shelf gathering dust.. There were many pictorials published – the common ones are listed on eCRATER every day but the rarer ones like this one covering a great cover photo of our time never make it. They are hard to find. Collectors treasure them. I hunt them out because really the better, untold and rarer stories were published in the rest. Here’s one of the best. It’s a shame that our past is being lost. It’s as simple as that. My wife kids me that after I find a piece I like, buy it, read it, research it, take a picture, scan it, write the blurb, pay the eCRATER entry fee and commission, that I end up making about 50 cents an hour.
