You (buyer) are looking at an item that is part of liquidation merchandise. * In its original packaging and the packaging never been opened.
* In the original condition from the manufacturer.
* Has all manuals, accessories, and additional documents, if any.
* Has not been used for any purpose.
* Has no known defects or damage.

Note: We are the only party who opened the box, for the sole purpose of inspection prior to posting it in our auctions. “New” does not necessarily indicate a most current model. This category usually includes closeout merchandise (discontinued models, shelf pulls, overstocks, etc.).

*Replacement parts: Some of our products have missing or broken parts. The parts that are left may be unused or in very good condition. We offer such items for sale as replacement parts. Samples of replacement parts include items such as blending jars, main bodies of various products, etc: We always define such items in our listings as replacement parts.

We usually notify our potential customers about all missing elements such as the original box, packaging, accessories, and owner’s manuals in our auction listings. If no information about the missing elements is provided, then:

* Signs of serious use & wear and/or cosmetic defects such as serious dents, cracks etc. All defects can usually be seen in pictures on an auction listing.

Every electrical item has been powered and checked to see if it starts. Some basic functionality can be checked. We try to present every product as accurately as possible. The presentation of every product is based on the information available to us and to our knowledge at time of posting. In spite of all our efforts to provide the most accurate description of the product condition, the items we sell may have unnoticed defects, including missing parts or accessories that are not described in the auction. Unlike manufacturers or repair shops, we do not have a testing facility or personnel to perform a safety, reliability, full functionality, etc. inspection of every item prior to the auction. All the products we sell are from reliable brands, so we assume that they have been well tested by manufacturer. The knowledge that we have about every posted item is very limited, so we cannot provide any product guarantee or warranty for the items we sell. Our products are sold on an "AS IS" basis and "WITH ALL FAULTS". We do our best to make sure the listed item has been checked prior to being shipped. It should not be DOA (dead on arrival), unless stated otherwise in the product description.

For buyers who are not aware:

The term “AS IS” gives notice to buyers that they are taking a risk on the quality of the goods. The buyer is free to inspect the goods before purchase (see our description section, pictures, e-mail us with any questions you have), but if any hidden defects are discovered after the purchase, the buyer has no recourse against the seller. Any implied or express warranties that usually accompany goods for sale are excluded in an "AS IS" sale. “AS IS” denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying, an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "WITH ALL FAULTS".

The term “Not DOA” (dead on arrival) means that the product is guaranteed not to be DOA. As long as it works once it gets to the buyer, the guaranty is valid. If it breaks a day later, there is no guaranty.

RETURN POLICIES.

In spite of our products being sold “AS IS” without a product guarantee/warranty, we (Product4u LLC) would like our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you (buyer) are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of the invoice. A returned product must be in the original condition as it was when we shipped it. To get a refund, please e-mail us with your ECRATER Order Number, to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA. We would appreciate it if you could state the nature of the return in your e-mail. The refund will be processed with a receipt upon the completion of our inspection. The original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Paypal, etc). If a returned product is not in the original condition, we will need to know why it is no longer in its original condition. Any merchandise that is uninsured and becomes damaged or lost during shipment is not refundable. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable, and the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). Shipping fees on items shipped in error, however, are refundable.
