From the pattern envelope, "Girls high waisted pullover dress has back button closing, set in vest, peter pan collar and puff sleeves, sash attached at side seams. Gathered overskirt and underskirt have self fabric ruffles. Dress is trimmed with lace or eyelet, rick rack and other decorative trim. Vest fastens with eyelets and ribbon lacing."

This pattern fits a Vintage 80s Sizes 4, 5 and 6: with a 23-inch to 25-inch breast, and a 21-inch to 22-inch waist, and 24 to 26-inch hip.

The pattern is complete and never used in factory folds. It comes with instructions. The envelope is in good condition with edgewear. It has a date written on it in pencil.
