It is painted red with white trim and has blue squares throughout the trim. The words “Joy to the World” are raised and painted in gold. There are raised green Christmas trees embossed around the drum. The lid of the cookie jar is shaped like Santa Claus, sitting down (I’m sure he can use the rest). Santa’s wearing a red hat with a green brim that trimmed with red hearts. There’s even a green ball at the tip of his hat. Santa’s hair, mustache and beard are all snowy white. His coat is the Traditional red with raised details painted in gold. He has on green gloves and he’s holding a banner with stars that spell out “Joy” raised and painted in yellow. The bottom of his jacket is light blue with his black shoes sticking out at the side. This is an adorable cookie jar and one that will go perfect in any home. The kids will love opening up Santa to get at the yummy treats you put inside. It stands 10¾” tall and is 6” wide. It was made by Merry Brite Inc. This Cookie Jar is Brand New and in MINT condition. It comes packaged in its original box with all the original foam. The box does have a small tear on the top but doesn’t affect anything. I have taken photos of the actual piece you are looking on.
