Refunds:
As invitations are all custom printed, refunds are not accepted. However, we do have an error-free printing guarantee. For any reason the order you receive is different from the digital proof we provide, we will replace your order. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

Shipping:
- Shipping within the USA is free (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
- Your items will ship directly from the manufacturer in USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

- Merchandise is shipped by UPS Ground (1-6 business days) & does not including production time.
