This Digest of Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania & Student's Manual, is a nice piece of mid century modern history. This 61 page booklet measuring 3 1/4" x 5 3/4" was revised in January 1, 1953 and compiled by the Dept. of Revenue, Harrisburg, PA stating Otto F. Messner as Sec. of Revenue at that time. It is very interesting to read the code from this time period and it's amazing how times have changed, from the cost of the registration of a motor vehicle ($10.00 regardless of type); inspection sticker 5 cents; to the license renewal fee of $1.00, you soon see that this was definately two different worlds. A great piece for auto memorabilia collectors and related collectors. Just viewing the graphic artwork of vehicles from this time period makes this manual a wonderful nostalgic piece of history.

Condition: Good; stapled binding intact; no torn or loose pages, no writing EXCEPT the front has written in INK, "August 1954".
