This is a magnificent framed and matted art work. It is apparently made in ink (not an expert on this but it looks like it). According to the owner, who purchased it in the State of New Hampshire in 1980, the artist is from the United States and it is signed and dated at the bottom.


This piece belongs in the wall of a nautical enthusiast or collector.


The condition is very good, it only has minor scratches in the frame that can be repaired (I'm showing the two largest one in the pictures about 1-1/2" long but superficial).


The picture and the matting are both excellent. It is 25-1/2 high by 21-1/2" wide. Priced to start well below market.
