Brown lb ground beef in soup pot. Add soup mix and 7 cups of water. Heat to boiling and stir in 1 (15oz) can Mexican corn and 1 (16oz) can chopped tomatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Serve with additional tortilla chips and grated cheese, if desired. Serves 8
