Makes 20 cups of one of the tastiest soups ever made!
Add Italian sausage, carrots, celery, onion, and canned tomatoes.
Place everything except noodles into large pot. Add 8 cups of water and simmer for 1 hours. In a skillet, brown 1 lb of Italian sausage. Break it into small pieces. Saute 2 diced carrots, 2 stalks of chopped celery, and 1/2 cup chopped onion with with sausage. Add sausage, vegetables, and 1 (28oz) can of diced tomatoes to pot. Bring to a boil and add the noodles. Simmer for 30 minutes.
