Featuring elasticized waistband, silky smooth nylon skirt, and a hemline that is lavishly trimmed with over 4" of delicately embroidered floral chantilly lace with scalloped edging. So beautifully done, it adds the perfect girly touch to this vintage beauty. This would even make a really cute skirt, perfect for the Pin Up Lovin' Fashionista.
