Here for your consideration is a vintage Carnival Glass Bowl in the basket weave design. This iridescent amber goldtone bowl is 7.5 inches in diameter and is 3 inches deep. The basket weave goes down the sides of the bowl but the bottom is plain or clear.
Do not confuse this bowl with the basket weave chip and dip set produced by Indiana Glass in the 70s. This bowl is different. The basket weave on this bowl is similar to Dugan’s big basket weave. There are no markings on the bowl so it is not clear who is the maker. There are no chips and it is in fine condition.
