SHIPPING:
Product will be shipped via UPS or USPS, whichever is convenient to us and will be sent only to a PayPal confirmed address. Once payment has been confirmed, it will go out the following day except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Free shipping only applies to the US excluding Alaska. Yes, we do ship to APO, FPO, DPO, and P.O.Box addresses. All merchandise is bubble wrapped, examined, and/or tested if accessible before leaving our facility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Your item will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which usually takes about 6-10 business days (not a guaranteed service and expect delays during holidays). A tracking number will be available. We are not responsible for import duties and customs in your country or damages during transit.

RETURNS:
Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the item. Please notify us before returning the product and the reason. Buyer is responsible for shipping which will not be refunded. Shipping box must be in its original form, unopened, and unused for returns to be accepted. Refund given as money back via PayPal minus 20% restocking fee and our shipping out cost.
