Here is a vintage eyeglass case marked L.Philip Cox.M.D. Fredericksburg VA .The case is worn and has some damage and the cloth lining is worn and inside top of lid has no lining( I do not know if it ever did)The lip to the case looks to be brass.The glasses are round wire frame glasses and i was unable to find a name on them. The glasses do have some wear to them but look to be in good condition.The glasses measure approximately 4 3/4 inches across the outside.The glasses are in good condition but being wire frame they are a little out of shape.The case and glasses are both in good condition but do have wear which can be expected of vintage items of this kind..
