*TOP BRACE: Approx. 11 1/2"
*CENTER: Approx. 8 inch center. "Non adjustable". The adjustable center hardware is missing and does not come with the purchase. The faucet attachment nuts to the wall pipe is missing. The wall attachment nut cover plates are missing also.
*SPOUT: 8" vaccuum breaker spout from wall
*INSTALLATION: Wall mount
*CONDITION: Used. Not tested by me. Unknown if there are any leaks or bad seals. This faucet was kept in storage for many years in conditions where they were splashed with mud clay. I cleaned off the mud splash but some of the mud remains. Clay is hard to get off. Moisture had gotten into the valve areas and the brass seats are darkened. I took the faucet handles out and looked at them. The pressure adjusting screws on the bottoms were not taken out but looked at with the handles out and no visable problems were seen. The vaccuum bell was taken off also and the brass looked clean. The seals should be replaced upon aquisition of this faucet. There are some claw marks on the faucet handle lockdown nut from the previous owner. This faucet has some dings, knicks, scratches marks and wear. Do not make the purchase of this faucet if you cannot repair it.
