BACKGROUND: This promo was produced in association with the band to promote the 30th Anniversary Tour as detailed on the rear of the CD case. In The Times own words “decades seemed to fall away when the Specials began their comeback tour...in the pantheon of British pop, the Specials are [still today] adored by fans and critics alike”.

The Times really went to town with this promo as on the day of publication they included:
- This promo CD
- Culture magazine with a section dedicated to the band (pictured for information purposes only – this is NOT included for sale). NB The 5th image is of the video/DVD sleeve which inspired the cover art on the magazine in the previous picture (again, this is NOT included for sale!).
- There was a The Specials competition to win VIP tickets to the final show on the aforementioned tour.
- The Times also gave a code/link from which an additional track ‘Too Hot (Live)’ could be downloaded for free from itunes until midnight on the day of publication (same cover art as this album). The song was subsequently given a limited release as a single (download only) which is also well worth picking up at just £0.79 (less than the cost of the newspaper). Currently both customer reviews give it the full 5 stars.
As part of this deal (with Apple Inc.) the promo was given a digital release on itunes UK at a price of £7.99 (or £0.79 per track). The customer reviews here all give it either 4 or 5 stars (out of 5). Quotes include:
