#419po - This is a wonderful embossed Halloween postcard with the back stating that it is a 'Whitney Made' card from "Worcester, Mass, Made in USA". It bears an original one cent uncancelled stamp called the Pilgrim Tercentenary issued to commemorate the landing of the Mayflower with dates 1620 & 1920. The front of the card has a colorful scene with a Halloween witch, two children, Jack o Lanterns,a black cat & the witch's cauldron brew pot. The verse is a wish for luck to the recipient. This is NOT A REPRODUCTION card, this is an original 1920s Halloween card.

Condition: Very good, Unused with uncancelled 1920 stamp; no writing, clean, one small shallow crease on lower right corner. A very nice addition to add to your Halloween postcard collection.
