*CONDITION: Looks good. Paint appears to be in good condition. This plate was hanging on a wall since 1986 and had lots of soil but the soil came off without any difficulty. There is still some soil in the way of streaks from me cleaning it. No cracks or chips noticed. The back of the plate looks good with a few minor marks and soil remnants. The previous owner hung this plate on the wall using a sticky type hanger and remnants of the sticky pad for this hanger are present and very noticeable on the back of the plate.
