Vintage Seashell Box with Rare Junonia Shell. This cool old seashell trinket box happens to have a rare Junonia Shell on the top. This shell is sought after by collectors. This one is about 40 mm (1 1/2 inches) long. The shell is tightly glued onto the box so not possible to tell if it is whole or not. It does have one chip on the left edge, see close up.
The box measures 5 inches long by 4 inches wide by 3 inches tall. The bottom inside has a hole in it. see pics. Overall a cool vintage treasure box!
