Condition: The record looks like it's in excellent condition. The vinyl looks very good, I don't think it was ever played. The label looks good too. The cover has some ring wear and splitting. It has a note written on the back saying, Best of Luck, Billy Armstrong. Overall, it looks like a really nice record that any collector would be happy to have & add to their collection!
The couple that owned this record, use to go to all kinds of country shows and concerts, they would take their albums and have them signed.
I have a lot of other albums by Patsy Montana and other artists that are signed. I will be listing them as well as many other great records, many of them are rare.

NOTE: I have many more vintage records, (in very good condition) from WWII and up to the 70's & 80's. I have 45's, 78's and 33's (LP's) from a big variety of styles/types of music. Items are sold As-IS, so please ask all questions before buying. I do not offer returns unless I've misrepresent an item. I do my best to tell you everything, especially on clothes or shoes. I give the size on the tag as well as the exact measured size. I do this because I know sizes can vary greatly between brands. So please don't just go by the size, check out the measurements given, I take the time to give them to you to save you from buying something that doesn't fit. It takes a lot of extra time to do, so please, I want you to take advantage of it so you will be completely satisfied with your purchase when all is said and done.
