This delicious cake is moistened with blueberry yogurt and chocked full of real blueberries. The yogurt adds a smooth texture while it tones down the sweet aspects of the cake.
Adding yogurt versus a cream cheese or sour cream base, makes this cake lighter instead of a firm pound in texture. Also, the yogurt is more of a 'blending' of flavor with the blueberries because of the "tang" of the yogurt gives ait a subtle lemony or tart flavor.
Top is lightly drizzled with our homemade Powdered Sugar glaze.
