Can misfit Flik save his ant colony from a grasshopper gang?
Princess Atta looked up to the sky. "Wind's died down. They'll be here soon. I mean, we're on chedule, right? We should have a total by now." The young ant was nervous. This was Atta's first time in charge of the annual Ant Island harvest. Soon she ould take over from her mother, the Queen.
She turned to Thorny, head of the colony's Engineering Department. The council member rapidly rattled beads on hi ant abacus. "I'm still countng, Princess."
"Right, right, right." Atta tapped her foot impatiently. She spread her shiny wings to hover over Thorny's shoulder.
"Your highness, I can't count when you hover like that," Thorny said. His fingers shook as he slid more beads in the frame.
Atta sighed and landed. "Right. Sorry, sorry."
