Vintage Native American Turquoise Gemstone Ring Size 5, Handcrafted by Indians (A21)
A vintage sterling silver ring in size 5 that was handcrafted by a Native American Indian from the Shawnee tribe. I knew the man who made this ring as he made it for me when I was a child but, I have long since outgrown it. This ring features tiny chips of genuine turquoise gemstones set directly into the band, which is also sealed with a top layer of hand-blown glass to lock the stones into place so they do not chip off during wear. You almost have to see it in person to fully appreciate its' aesthetic value.
This ring is almost 19 years old. No shape warping or scratches on the glass surface. The light pilk marks you see and the open indentation on the inside of this ring is not damage, the ring was like this when it was given to me as it is a result of settling of the silver since it was melted & molded solely by hand.
