The magician has a spectator select and memorize a card, and then pick out a few others that are not memorized. These cards are all placed on the table and mized up by the spec. while the magician's back is turned, that is, the spectator knows where his card is but the magician does not. All cards are face down. Now the spectator holds a magic charm over each of the cards. Simply by asking the spectator questions and observing the charm, the magician is able, over 97% of the time, to determine which card is the spectator's!
