This piece is done in a style that is called "Fret Work" and I cut it out of 1/8 inch Baltic Birch using my scroll saw. It is mounted on a backer board that is actually a 1/4 inch piece of Plexiglas that has been painted black on the back side. It is in a pre-made wood frame that measures 11x 14, and has a saw tooth on the back for easy hanging. The color of the wood is its natural color. The wood has been sealed with a matte (not shiny) UV Protective, Non-Yellowing Polycrylic.
This piece is listed as used only because it is not brand new. It is one of my first pieces of fret work and has been wrapped in bubble wrap and stored for about 4 years and has never been used. I just wanted to get him out of storage and find him a good home. This framed Indian is in great condition and would make a wonderful addition to any decor.
Thank you for taking the time to look and please come back again!
