For all you tea collectors, here's another addition to your vintage exhibit.John Wagner and Sons closed up shop after 149 years in business. They were bought in 1996 by Rose Spice Inc. of Wilmington, NC.Here's a sampling of their inventive lines of tea called Wagner's Enchanting Voyage to Tealand. It's a box which opens up to display nine of Wagner's well-known flavors. Assam, Ch'a Ching, Orange Pekoe, Ceylon Breakfast, Formosa Oolong, India, English Breakfast, Spice, and Jasmine. Each box contains 5/8 oz. and has never been used.On the back of the box is "The Story of Tea" and "How to Make Perfect Tea." The inside front cover has information on six ships with drawings.
