Miniature pitcher or creamer interesting blue color that changes

This miniature pitcher or creamer is in excellent near mint condition. It is 3.75-inches tall and 7.5-inches round. It has gold trimming on the upper rim and also gold on the handle. The color of this piece is a bluish, turquoise shade that changes when you turn it in the light. It is very pretty in my opinion. It has no markings.
