Defective Product

This product is brand new, shipped directly from our vendor's (manufacturer) warehouse and is backed by a Limited Manufacturer Warranty. If a product is defective, the preferred and recommended way to handle the situation is to carefully review the Limited Manufacturer Warranty, which can usually be found in the owner's manual included in the product package. Next, contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty coverage. PRODUCT4U LLC does not handle manufacturer warranty issues, so all product problems that are covered under the manufacturer warranty are solely between the manufacturer and you (buyer).

All defective units can also be returned within 5 days of receipt of the product (beyond 5 days, only warranty coverage is allowed). The reason for return must be e-mailed to PRODUCT4U LLC (product_for_you@yahoo.com). In some cases, based on the information received, we will require you (buyer) to contact the manufacturer to discuss your issue with customer support personnel. Such a discussion can help you (buyer) to resolve an issue and eliminate the need for return. If you (buyer) still want to proceed with the return (contacting the manufacturer did not resolve the issue), it will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A return address will be provided. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box. The unit must be returned in its original packaging including accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. The unit will be inspected/tested upon its return.
A full refund, including original outbound shipping cost, will be issued, or a replacement will be provided at no additional cost to you (buyer) at your (buyer’s) preference upon the return of the merchandise and completion of the inspection process. You (buyer) will be responsible for return shipping cost only. If the unit is found not to be defective after the return, you (buyer) will be charged up to 20% restocking fee and the original outbound and return freight (shipping) costs. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with parts that cannot be re-sold.

Damaged in shipment (New unit found damaged)
Return for Replacement

All shipments must be thoroughly inspected and, if you (buyer) find that merchandise is damaged in shipment, PRODUCT4U LLC must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the unit to qualify for a replacement unit. A detailed description of the damage must be provided. Any report after the 48 hours will not be honored.
Once PRODUCT4U LLC has been made aware of the damage, the carrier will be notified. The unit should be available for inspection by the carrier if the carrier chooses to inspect it. The original packaging must be kept for this inspection. If the original packaging is not available and the claim is instantly denied by the carrier for that reason, PRODUCT4U LLC will also deny the claim. It will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will be provided a return shipping label at no extra cost to you (buyer). A return address will be provided. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box. The unit must be returned in its original packaging including accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. A replacement unit will be provided at no additional cost to you (buyer) upon the return of the merchandise.

Refused/Rejected Shipments

If you (the buyer) refuse/reject a shipment of this product for any reason other than "Damaged in shipment” (see above), your S&H charges will not be refunded, and you (the buyer) may be responsible for any return shipping charges and up to 20% restocking fee.

You (buyer) may change your mind on a product purchased within 5 days from the time of receipt. A buyer remorse RMA request must be e-mailed to PRODUCT4U LLC at product_for_you@yahoo.com. A restocking fee up to 20% will be charged on all returned units. The unit must be returned in its original packaging with accessories. The product must be unopened, and new, not used. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with parts that cannot be re-sold. Once a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number is assigned, you (buyer) may ship an item back. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box. You (buyer) are responsible for all shipping charges on a returned unit. A full refund will be issued, excluding shipping cost and the restocking fee, upon the return of the merchandise.
