You will need to retain and reuse these pieces from your old fan in order to reattach the new fan to the tower case properly. These pieces are not included with the fan, nor do we have available these Dell proprietary parts. So please be extremely careful when disassembling the bezel-bracket from the fan, and not breaking off the guide pins that hold the fan in the bracket assembly.
