• I will send you a measurement form to fill out after receiving your order. Don't be scared, as long as you have a measuring tape (around $2 from any local pharmacy) and a helping hand, you'll be fine.

• Fill in the form and remember to list any alterations, specifications in the special notes section on the form.

• I will confirm your dress details when I receive your returned form.

• Standard Dresses will take around 5-6 weeks to complete, complicated dress will take more time, please order ahead of the time.

If you have a dress you like me to recreate or custom make for you, please send me the picture for a quote.

Remember to include the following details for a quote:

- Your standard dress size
- Your required date for the dress
- Any special fabrics or materials such as silk, swarovski crystals




【Payment】

I usually accept payment via Paypal, but if you have another preference, please let me know.
I don't accept payment for cashier's check, check or money order. (There's just too many scams using these)

Please make your payment within 5 days after your purchase, if I don't hear from you after 5 days, I will cancel the transaction.


【Shipping】

I usually use USPS or UPS, depending on how heavy or large your dress is.

International packages will be shipped as gift with low custom value, unless you request otherwise. I am not responsible for any custom and/or duties imposed by your country.

Insurance may be requested at additional costs.


【Return Policy】

I truely want you to be happy with your dress!

As much as I want to, I don't have the capacity large stores have to offer 100% money back refunds.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your wedding dress, I will need to charge 35% restocking fee on the dress returned.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back in original condition.

All dress are carefully checked before shipping out. Any claims of defective dresses will be inspected by me, and if it is fault on my behalf, I will replace the dress to you in the same size, color and style.

For returns, you must notify me within 3 DAYS of receiving your dress (verified by tracking information) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Upon receipt of your RMA#, you must ship back the new and unworn dress in its original condition. (No stains, no alterations, no makeup, no alteration, no animal fur or hair, etc).

I will issue your refund once your gown is returned and checked. Refunds will be issued via paypal or the same method payment is received.


【Other Policies】

This listing is for the dress only, no accessories such as gloves, veils, necklaces or crinolines are included.

Some dresses such as ball gown and A-line will look nicer with crinoline.

Please have someone else take your measurements, it is common to result in errors when measuring yourself.

There may be slight color difference due to different display properties of your monitor or LCDs.
