Victorian Trade Card - Arbuckle Brothers Coffee Company - Birds - REDSTARTS (#60)
SERIES: Birds and Miscellany
This is one of a series of 50 cards issued by Arbuckles' in the 1880's depicting birds (#51-#69) and other miscellaneous subjects (#70-#100), and advertising their "Ariosa" coffee. This one features a pair of Redstarts.
The back carries Arbuckles' familiar "4 Points" sales pitch.
SIZE: 5" x 3"
DATE: Not dated, but likely late 1880s
LITHOGRAPHER: Not identified
CONDITION: Very good, I'd say. The card is lightly soiled with somewhat worn edges and corners. There's a small crease across the lower left corner and a mild thumb bend about midway down the left edge. (Please see scans.)
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT: I will ship up to 4 cards for the single base shipping charge shown. For purchases of more than 4 cards, the shipping charge will increase by just a small increment for every 4 additional cards.
