This is a Western Union telegraph from H. A. Humphryes, Agent, to the Bullion Exchange Bank in Carson City, NV stating W. K. Stocks gets one day off. Dated April 11, 1891. The telegram has a spindle punch which was made while the piece was folded in half. It also has a small tear which occured while the piece was folded. It is in GOOD condition for its age.
